- The camera has an internal microphone switch that is set to OFF by default, slide the switch to switch it ON, in order to enable the microphone.
- From the camera’s web interface, to ensure Audio IN works properly, slide the External input gain and the Internal mic gain to maximum.
- Altering the camera resolution through its web page post-configuration and addition to the CathexisVision camera setup is discouraged. Doing so will modify the camera’s streaming parameters, resulting in a new set of available streams. Consequently, the resolution of the camera might deviate from the previously configured settings in Cathexis, leading to potential streaming issues
