Notes

    • The camera’s audio is disabled by default. You need to login into the camera’s web interface to enable it.
    • Scene settings will only be available after you have configured preset/s.
    • Pelco provides additional analytical behaviours that are not part of the Cathexis standard VMS triggers but you can still view analytic events and review their trigger history through Cathexis.
    • The analytic behaviour/s available to your camera are dependent on your model and firmware version.
    • While testing, we discovered that the CPU usage was higher without smart compression enabled. Enabling the smart codec setting resolved this issue.

Limitations

    • Audio out is not supported on the ONVIF V2 driver.
