The ENC-4P-H264 4 channel encoder reports that it has 4 outputs and are populated in the setup. The encoder doesn’t support base event notifications, or pull-point events, therefore any state changes for the outputs cannot be received. The encoder does accept the set/pulse/clear commands for the outputs, but this can only be confirmed in the encoders Access/Info log.
