Limitations : The camera model detection is unreliable. A factory default will resolve this, but this is not a suitable solution for an installed camera. Prepending FC to the hostname allows the CathexisVision software a fallback to correctly identify the camera model. This can be done by going onto the web interface of the camera > Maintenance > Server > Lan Settings > Hostname. Add “FC-” in front of the hostname. eg FC-Flir
