• Cathexis Winpak Service (CathexisWinpakService-1.1.rc1.exe) must be installed on the WIN-PAK server.
• This integration was tested using the NetAXS NX4S1E panel with firmware v30625.

Limitations

• Only a single integration device is capable of establishing a TCP connection to the Winpak server at any given time. Simultaneous multiple connections are not supported.
• Any devices added or renamed within Winpak after the objects have been initially populated in CathexisVision may reflect these changes only upon a restart of the Winpak server.
• In the event that the Winpak server has a dedicated network connection directly to the panel, and if this network adapter is disabled, the Winpak software will designate the panel and its component states as 'unknown.' Notably, this state alteration will not be communicated to CathexisVision until the network adapter is re-enabled. CathexisVision will only receive the updated states subsequent to the re-enabling of the network adapter
