Updated Camera Integrations:
CathexisVision continues to add cameras to its already impressive integration list. CathexisVision supports hundreds of the world’s most popular brands of IP cameras, most of them with dedicated drivers, making it truly camera agnostic.
Additional Third Party Systems Integrations
CathexisVision can be seamlessly integrated with various third-party systems from world-leading brands, including: Access Control, Alarm Panels, Fire Panels, Analytics, Building Management Systems, and many more. We are continously adding new integrations which add more dimensions to your security solutions.
Latest and current third party integrations
Improved search features:
SnapSearch and Motion Video Search help minimise the time required to review footage to find exactly what users are looking for. Advanced Video Search dramatically speeds up the ability to review recorded surveillance footage and look for specific events.
Adjacent Camera Tracking:
Adjacent Camera Tracking allows users to “map” cameras together in order to enable operators to easily follow suspects across multiple cameras. Easy “one-click” overlays enable the users to change to the “next” camera view at the click of a button.
Improved hardware efficiency
Improved hardware efficiency and new and improved 64 Bit Operating System Support mean that clients can leverage off the power provided by CathexisVision, utilising less of their own hardware resources while gaining considerably greater results at the same time. CathexisVision 2017 has been fully fitted for future enhancement by significantly improving the overall operating system.
Improved Viewing Client performance
We have introduced our new Dynamic Video Stream Selection (DVSS), which allows client viewing stations and video walls to automatically switch between high and lower resolution video streams from cameras depending on the screen layout selected. This dramatically increases the number of cameras that can be viewed on a single viewing client machine.
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
Building on the success of the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) solution, improvements have been made in our recognition, reporting and grouping of license plates.
Mobile App:
Enhancements to the Mobile App’s users interface allows you to control PTZ cameras and I/O outputs from the convience of your handheld device.
Camera Tamper Detection
With camera tampering being a key issue with CCTV surveillance systems, CathexisVision’s Camera Tamper Detection immediately notifies the control room in the event of any camera tampering that makes responding to situations much quicker.
