AngloGold Ashanti required a security solution that would promote the occupational health of its staff, together with the safety of infrastructure and resources, often in hostile physical environments.
Multiple components needed to be harmonised, including guarding, CCTV cameras, access control, fences, fire protection, alarms, x-ray systems and plant management.
Additionally, AngloGold Ashanti required migration from analogue CCTV to a digital system.

CathexisVision can integrate with existing analogue systems, bringing them up to speed with the latest IP technology. In addition, CathexisVision supports most popular brands of IP cameras, using ONVIF or proprietary protocols.
